The City of Regina has approved numerous condo developments for incentive grants for up to $15,000 each! You can receive a $15,000 Grant if your household income is $74,000 or less per year and you plan to live in the home.
Head Start Equity Builder
Down payment assistance is available for purchasers of HeadStart homes. Loans are available for up to 5% of the purchase price, repayable over 5 years, attractive rates and applicant must qualify under regular guidelines.
